Assembly Technology Expo China 2007 drew to a triumphant finale, with 4,625 quality visitors present at the 4-day exhibition. The second edition of the exhibition hosted an atmosphere of innovation and exchange that sealed its reputation as not just the one and only assembly focus trade exhibition in China, but also showcasing the best in assembly technology and quality. As the exhibition draws to a close on the last day, the organizer has received numerous positive feedback from both exhibitors and visitors.

Exhibitors were very pleased with the quality of the visitors, with a majority of them made up of decision makers and manufacturing professionals in important roles such as General manager, purchasing, production management, design and development engineering, quality assurance, system integrators, and second-tier suppliers. Helen Dai , Product Manager of AltasCopco Tools, was one of the satisfied exhibitors. She said, "We are very glad that attended the ATE China 2007, our new product range Micro Torque Tightening System attract many interests from professional visitors, which give us a good foundation for further marketing promotion. " The good turnout of visitors at ATE China 2007 was further enhanced by its co-location with complement events such as Nepcon, EMT and Automotive Electronics. The synergy from the 4 mega events created a focal point for the electronics, automotive and assembly industries in South China by attracting a total of 25,127 individuals, 650 exhibitors from 22 countries to the events.

The wide array of products showcased at ATE China 2007 was impressive - bringing the very latest in automated assembly means and systems, power tools and hand tools, robots, end effectors, pick-and-place machines, and test and inspection equipment. Some of the exhibitors who brought highlights to the exhibition were international brands such as Robotics companies Kuka, Epson, Fereral/Denso, SG-Motoman, Yamaha/SMD and Dasa Robot; Tools companies such as Atlas Copco, Cooper, Bosch/Melchers, CP Tools, Stanley, Kilews and AIMCO; Automation Assembly Materials companies such as EFD, Graco, Festo, Ellsworth and Buehler; and Test and Measurement companies such as Minitab China, Kistler and Solatron Metrology. Impressed by this range, the Quality Manager of BYD Auto Test Center, Mr. Zhou Mingyong, was anxious to extend his congratulations to ATE's exhibitors and management, saying, "the show helped me gain knowledge and see the current business trends. I am very satisfied with the services provided by Reed Exhibitions. I will definitely be back next year."

This year, ATE China worked closely with the US Consulate General. The fruitful cooperation provided domestic visitors with a unique opportunity to network with American companies such as Cooper Power Tools, CP Tools, AIMCO, EFD Inc, Ellsworth Adhesives, Graco, Buehler, TechMax Information Technology and Stanley Assembly Technologies. These companies were very satisfied with the cooperation. Many have plans to even increase their presence at the show significantly.
