The world of H technology

Valve Island Series H

High innovation,
High performance,
High flexibility.

Thanks to high technology, a large range of options and total flexibility, both in pneumatic - and electric components, the Series H valve islands always guarantee the best solution for each application.

The Series H has been designed to be used in numerous industrial fields, especially in automated systems.

The design and especially the constructional characteristics make the Series H ideal in all applications where reliability and quality of the components used is essential for assured functioning of all industrial automated systems.

Applications

  • --Packaging & food.
The high protection class (IP 65) guarantees the use of the Series H in the packaging and food industry especially for applications in environments with a high level of humidity. The external appearance of the valve island has been designed to enable easy cleaning.
  • --Assembly & robotics.
The dimensions of the islands have been reduced to the minimum to satisfy the application requirements in the fields of assembly and robotics. The compact construction in combination with reduced weight allow its use in reduced spaces and make it suitable for assembly in dynamic applications where the valves need to be located close to the actuators in order to reduce the effective response time and better utilize the high flow rate of the valves. Integration into systems is made easy since all pneumatic and electric connections occupy only one side of the valve island.
  • --Printing & paper & cardboard industry.
The combination of the materials, with valves in polymer and the base in aluminium is excellent for use in the printing and paper working industry.
The combination of these materials guarantees great strength and constructional lightness. The availability of a large range of functions, including the possibility of multiple pressures, makes it easier to create compact and versatile valve islands.
  • --Textile.
The possibility to use valves with two sizes, with different flows on a unique and compact valve island, is ideal for the realization of automation systems for textile machines.
The use of two 3/2 solenoid valves in one body ensures an economic solution for the actuation of single acting cylinders.
